Breann McGregor is a lingerie Playboy model and the first model in history to be voted dual Playboy titles in the same year: Cyber Girl of the Year 2007 and 2007 Playboy Special Edition's Model of the Year. McGregor has appeared in 20 Playboy Special Edition pictorials and on 4 covers, including the July 2007 Playboy Lingerie Special Edition announcing her as the Special Edition's Model of the Year win.

McGregor is the eldest of three children, and dreamed of being a model since she was 5. After developing a curvy, “thick” physique, she was told by photographers to abandon her aspirations. Against that advice, McGregor sent 4 snapshots to Playboy’s offices while attending Tulane University and within two months was traveling to New York to shoot her first pictorial. She also began to act, appearing in the 2005 film Waiting, starring Ryan Reynolds and Dane Cook, as well as 2005’s The Last Time, starring Brendan Fraser.

Prior to her 2005 Playboy cover debut, McGregor's neck was broken in a near-fatal car accident. To avoid being fitted with a halo device (which could lead to neck scars), she risked paralysis wearing a neck brace for three months. Weeks after her recovery, McGregor was then displaced by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. McGregor is currently writing a book about her experiences, and a television series chronicling her life is also in development. She divides her time between Los Angeles, and her family in New Orleans.
